Institutional Clients Testimonials

What they are saying...
  • As part of the national network of CRC, we seek not only to cultivate research in our local health facilities but we also strive to make it of high quality and with positive impact. In our effort to build a strong foundation, we need to empower all the clinical departments, as well as the Journal Club meetings in our unit, with Critical Appraisal skills. Critical appraisal is very important in literature review as part of conducting research, as well as for our doctors to practice Evidence Based Medicine.

When we consulted Dr Sharmini Selvarajah, not only was she happy to help us out, she also suggested to us how best to conduct the Critical Appraisal Workshop module to best meet our expectations. We are very satisfied with the service provided and the ease of working with her. She is very pleasant and highly knowledgeable in her field, that the participants of the workshop felt that they were able to engage well, gain the knowledge, and skill.

  • Dr.Sharmini provided us with a memorable learning experience with her high quality lecturing. Lecturer-to-students ratio and clarification on study issues has always been addressed effectively. The workshops were designed specifically for candidates who are in the Clinical Masters Postgraduate programme, who were mandated to complete a research thesis as part of their examinations. Dr.Sharmini conducted a series of workshops that reflected the need of this subgroup of participants.

We were happy to choose her as our programme facilitator because her programme structure has a diverse coverage that was highly suitable to our targeted participants and she always goes the extra mile to ensure the students /participants achieve their dream. The feedback was well received. Programmes that she designed was suited for the participants knowledge. The way she delivered the lectures were clear, interesting and engaging. She genuinely cares to enrich each and every participant’s knowledge and ensures they understood her lessons.

  • Statistical Interpretation workshops

A very good workshop! Though topics were concisely covered, the speaker did a good job to explain things simply. An advanced practical session covering contents like these would be much welcomed. Kudos to the organising committee!

Loved the session. But I hope it will be a 2-day seminar in the future. A lot of information in a short time. But it was very informative, and the speaker made things easy to understand.

Easy to understand. Please continue to arrange such workshops! Well done!!
